Your design position has been open a while. Are you having trouble finding designers?

Hi- you had posted of this position last month as well and I had reached out. I did not get a response. I had reached out regarding the design position.

Interested in the design role - thanks for posting this. What kind of work are you looking for in the portfolio? More brand/website design work or SaaS products? I'm a product-focused designer, and can learn the tech, but I have enterprise UX experience and have run customer discovery and the likes of it.

Just checking if there's one or the other you are looking at, for this role.

Salary is rather low for India, esp for an AI engineer. Senior engineers are offered north of 40 LPA.

Are you flexible with location as long as an overlap with EU timezone can be offered?
