I've said this elsewhere in the thread, you need to learn to accept it and ignore it. Habituation it's called.

It shouldn't be bothering you at all at this point if you've had it that long.



That's really about as helpful as telling someone with depression to stop being so negative all the time. The spirit of what you're saying is nice, but that advice is not gonna help anyone.


No it's not, it's a learned technique.

If you want to keep on suffering, go ahead, or you can learn to live with it.
