the company described here has ~30 people. Of course you don’t need PM. PM is a coordinator function. Can this scale if the product surface area multiplies 10x, and so does the org? At Notion we did something similar and it broke down as the company passed the Dunbar number (> 100 eng + design + sales + support). We faced stagnation because being “champion” & coordinating meant you couldn’t perform your function at the same time.
