I mean, yes. They aren't that important to us. We have much better systems, both on land and airborne. The problem is Ukraine hasn't been given most of them (and admittedly our best tools for maintaining air supremacy, the F-22 and F-35, are super expensive and require lots of maintenance).

We've also given Ukraine just a tiny fraction of the Patriot and NASAMS systems that we ourselves would use.
